摘要

The development of information technology (IT) companies in this globalization era add several studies about new problems that occur in all business sectors. The main problem encountered is how information technology companies with small teams coukd be survive and compete with large companies or unicorns. For this reason, we need help from the necessary research, also monitoring and evaluation to improve the company. So that IT companies with small teams can compete with larger companies. Solmit Bangun Indonesia is a development information technology and management consultancy company. This company has an imbalance number of teams compared to the ongoing project. This study aims to develop commitments that can be used in small IT companies to survive by developing combination of IT Balance Scorecards that could measure the performance of each team also agile project management to assist adaptation in the project.
