This paper summarizes results of a technical investigation made after a satellite structural test. After acoustic tests done on a telecommunication satellite, different dynamic behaviors observed on two similar and symmetrically placed equipments. Three possible causes are considered for the observed effect one of them is local turbulence in air flow during acoustic test, second one is difference stiffness character due to connection and last one is local stiffness character differences on satellite panel. Different analysis methods used during investigations and the cause of observed effect shown to be differences in the main structure of the satellite.
