Based on the research ideas of Wilson, Mann and Otsuki (2003), a comprehensive index system for measuring the level of trade facilitation is constructed, which includes four first-level indicators and eleven second-level indicators. Taking the trade data of G20 countries from 2010 to 2015 as sample space, the trade facilitation level of G20 countries is calculated, and it is empirically analyzed by using the expanded trade gravity model that the impact of facilitation level of G20 countries on China’s service industry exports. The empirical results show that the level of trade facilitation, GDP, territorial area, geographical distance and population size of G20 countries are important factors affecting China’s service export to G20 countries. On this basis, the impact of the first-level indicators of trade facilitation on China’s services exports is analyzed. It is found that the E-commerce coefficient has the greatest impact, followed by customs management, infrastructure and institutional environment. After changing the weights of each level of indicators of trade facilitation level in G20 countries, the conclusion is still robust.
