摘要

The rapid development of quantum technologies enforces necessary to build a high-speed electronics, which allowed to the efficient and simultaneous recording of the different multi-photon coincidence detection events. This paper concerns the methodology of building and implementing in one chip many different fast and fully reconfigurable time interval measurement systems which can be used in specific quantum experiments.
