The single-phase H6 PV grid-connected inverter can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of the PV grid-connected system with the characteristics of high efficiency and suppressing leakage current. In order to reduce the current distortion due to the control delay, a predictive deadbeat control method is proposed based on the analysis of the operation of H6 topology and the principle of deadbeat control. The power feed-forward control speeds up the response of output current to the input power changes. The system model is established in the Matlab/Simulink and a prototype is constructed. Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed control method.
