This paper studies the main reasons for the decrease of battery capacity of lead-acid battery, introduces several repair methods of battery, focuses on the intermittent current strike repair method, and implements that method into repair equipment. In this paper, the hardware design framework of the repair equipment and the core software of the repair module are described in detail. In the end, a number of damaged battery samples are repaired to test the effect of the repair equipment, and the repair effect of intermittent current impact repair method is demonstrated. Finally, further improvement direction of the repair system is proposed.
