Reasonably optimizing the operation structure of the power grid, ensuring power quality and safety to the greatest extent, and meeting user-side power demand are the primary tasks of power grid operation.In recent years, thanks to the deepening of the construction and transformation of distribution networks in various places and the promotion of typical wiring of distribution networks, the power point and grid structure of distribution networks tend to be reasonable, which makes it possible to transfer loads on a large scale through a medium voltage distribution network.In addition, the implementation of distribution automation and the continuous improvement of smart grid construction have enabled a large number of switches to complete operations in a short period of time.Intelligent and real-time operation of the distribution network has been strengthened.To this end, this paper constructs a dynamic optimization operation scheme for distribution networks that takes into account demand response(DR) and distribution network reconstruction.The article uses IEEE33 node for power flow simulation. The results show that the method described in this paper can effectively guarantee the safety and reliability of power distribution lines, reduce the cost of power network operation and maintenance, and improve the efficiency of the power grid.
