Evaluation and analysis of the landscape painting aesthetic image quality assessment based on visual saliency model is presented in this manuscript. Through simulation of the HVS visual perception of the visual scene to extract the image features, including features and spatial features transform domain, we designed and implemented the novel scenario for image feature extraction. The literati landscape painting mostly expresses interest of living in the mountains and the general forests, we extracted the visual saliency map to process the image data and use the image quality assessment model to construct the novel scenario for checking the image quality. Compared with the neural network and PCA based model, the detection accuracy of the proposed model is higher.
