摘要

Now a day's world has been fully based on computerized work and communicate with the help of social media. Somewhere most of the users use malevolent words and that brings social crime. It is very important to recognize the words and process on them with the help of Natural Language Processing. We are proposing a work on NLP with the help of standardized dataset and customized dataset by using clustering analysis, Semantic algorithm and Na?ve Bayes Algorithm and KNN Algorithm. We are also proposing concept on image analysis in the form of comment with the help of Image Compression Techniques lossy and lossless compressions and Blocking the user according to the admin decisions.
