摘要

This paper uses non-linear control (dynamic programming) to examine the steady state and transient stability for single machine infinite bus system. Synchronous generator two-axis model is used. The steady-state numerical values are compared with the simulation results. And transient conditions are simulated by using ode solvers in MATLAB. The machine currents speed and rotor position relative to the infinite bus are observed. The results obtained are found that they reach the steady state after removal of fault.
