摘要

Supply chain resilience has become a major area of interest in modern supply chain management due to the frequent natural disasters around the world. This study develops a quantitative analysis to address the resilience concept through the resilience triangle technique. Built upon the findings of previous qualitative analyses, this study elaborates the importance of prioritizing supply chain resilience and utilizing resilience triangle concept as a tool in making modern supply chain decisions through a case study carried out in Eastern Thailand under the threat of flood disruptions.
