摘要

Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV) is a key application in the smart grid,and its charging activity has become a vital threat to the grid operation.Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) charging and discharging technology can effectively utilize the PEVs to enhance the reliability and economical efficiency of the grid system operation,and the V2G-based PEV charging and discharging facilities provide a platform for the V2G-PEVs utilization.This paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the operational model,key techniques and study the progress of existing V2G-based PEV charging and discharging facilities,then proposed their development priorities that are suitable for China's grid construction,providing ideas for the construction of PEV charging and discharging facilities as well as developing V2G technologies in China.
机译:插电式电动汽车(PEV)是智能电网中的关键应用,其充电活动已成为对电网运行的重大威胁。车对网(V2G)的充放电技术可以有效地利用PEV进行增强电网系统运行的可靠性和经济效益,以及基于V2G的PEV充放电设施为V2G-PEV的利用提供了一个平台。在此基础上,提出了适合中国电网建设的发展重点,为建设电动汽车充放电设施以及发展中国的V2G技术提供了思路。
