Abstract: In this paper, optical computer tomography technique is applied successfully to the investigation of radiant heat problem of integrated circuit chips. In accordance with their characteristics of asymmetrical and containing opaque objects, algebraic reconstruction technique is adopted to calculated 3D temperature distributions of radiator models. Reconstructed results are consistent with that of the measurement by use of thermocouples.!7
