The aim for modern enterprises reform is to create better advantage in competition in the changing environment. without engineering innovation, the enterprises will have no ability to participate in the market competition, without managerial innovation, the enterprises cannot carry out technological innovation. Therefor, so long as they can promote each other, the enterprises can be developed and better benefit obtained. A good product cannot guarantee its success and must be a leader in management mode. Through adjustment and innovation we may cause the technology penetrate into, simulate and give guidance to consumption to maximum extent. Only through pursuing a policy of better product, obtain sustainable profit. So, people say that through enhancing enterprise management, better results can be achieved, just like using 4 liang force to lift up 1000 jin weight. Here, the key is that such management should be implemented thoroughly. In the final analysis, management of all enterprises can be summed up in three words: talents, products and profits. Talent is the first, without an outstanding managerial team, the latter can not do anything important. New product superseding the olkd depends on the organizational mechanism and management mode by enterprises. Do not make use of the doubted and make use of the right personnel with full confidence. Trust is good, but control is better. Only with the constant managerial innovation, the enterprise is able to be in the lead of technology with super product quality, the cultural activities of the enterprises should have strict style and practice, ensure the relationship of joint development and common prosperity of workers and staff and the company by managerial system. Therefore, we must open up management resources, adopting modern enterprises managerial mode of governing things by law to reduce the risk level to minimum extent and the enterprise can maintain its vitality forever. Management innovation is the key to realization of sustainable profit and steady development by an enterprise. In the forthcoming competition, the enterprise, which has strong creative spirit and can continuously raise its effecitve management level, is bound to win the victory.
