Oxide glasses containing Ce were prepared by the conventional melting method under reducing atmosphere. Spectroscopic properites of the glasses were studied by steady-state luminescence spectroscopy. In the present paper we made an report to summarize the characteristics of excitation and emission spectra in diffeence oxide hosts.
