The precipitation behaviors of the second phase particles and microstructure characteristics in high strength cold rolled steel containing Nb & Ti are investigated. By using the transmission electronic micrograph (TEM), the precipitation behavior of the second phase particles in the samples is analyzed. The relationship between precipitation behaviors of the second phase particle and annealing processes in different samples of experimental steel has been found. The results show that the second phase particles are finely dispersed during hot rolling and prevent grain boundary migration and grain growth. The recrystallization during annealing after cold rolling makes the grain coarsen obviously and the second phase particles grow up, the second phase particles are still keeping in dispersion.
