摘要

The temperature field on H-beam after rolling was analyzed by use ANASYS/LS-DYNA commercial software, and its influence on the structure, mechanical performance and the precipitation of V(C,N) in different parts of the H-beam was studied. It was found that the ununiformity of temperature distribution in H-beam is one of the most important factors causing the difference of structure and mechanical performance. The precipitation strengthening of V(C,N) at this temperature field make up for the strength loss caused by the nonuniform structure.
