Under the existing facilities capacity at BX STEEL, the working procedure control points for producing ultra-low-sulfur ([S ≤ 10ppm]) steel were introduced in this paper. The influence factors of desulphurization at refining procedure were discussed, The comparison and analysis about the effect of desulphurization through making reducing slag or injecting CaSi-powder were also made, which accumulates experience for producing varieties of ultra-low-steels in the future.
