摘要

This paper describes an authentication and authorization solution for use in public administration. The main principle of the solution is the creation of a set of interconnected directory services with defined cooperation rules. The solution is fully compatible with frequently used Web access technology (http, https, HTML, XML). The solution is based on standard LDAP and it is technology-neutral.
