摘要

Municipal organizations interact frequently with citizens and/or businesses, to offer paper-based and electronic services, which utilize a limited number of resources, such as employees and funds. These organizations interact also with each other, in local or cross-border transactions, to exchange information on behalf of citizens, businesses or the organization itself. This paper describes a framework for reliable enforcement of security policies in eServices deployment between small and medium sized governmental organizations (SMGOs). Additionally, an approach on secure execution control of eGovernment services is presented. The results of the conducted research are part of a European project whose outcome aims to provide an intermediary platform for enabling interoperable, cross-border eGovernment services.
