The widely use of internet puts forward new demand to the management method of universities and changes the concept of social public to the information demand. To strengthen joint building and sharing of the information resources of E-school affair is a new research,which accord with the demand of development of epoch. Understanding the background of this research,conducting the research thought and carefully thinking the main points are the aim of this paper.
