Nowadays,the rural medical security system can't meet the demands of providing rural medical security in contemporary China and show many problems in practice,so it is urgent to reform and adoptable the rural medical security. By arguing the necessity and feasibility of constructing the adoptable rural medical security system,this article analyzes the existing problems of the rural medical security system,learns lessons from other countries similar with China such as Japan,Indian and Singapore,and then puts forward the concrete suggestions of constructing the adoptable rural medical security system.

机译：如今，农村医疗保障体系已经不能满足当代中国提供农村医疗保障的要求，并在实践中显示出许多问题，因此改革和采用农村医疗保障迫在眉睫。本文在探讨构建可采用的农村医疗保障体系的必要性和可行性的基础上，分析了农村医疗保障体系存在的问题，并从日本，印度，新加坡等与中国类似的国家中吸取了教训，并提出了具体建议。建立可采用的农村医疗保障体系的建议。
