The characteristic of micro-seismic (MS) events can provide the augural information of coal and gas outburst. It has a widespread prospect to forecast coal and gas outburst. According to the rule of the elastic wave spreading in the coal mass, the first arriving P wave which spreads in the coal and rock mass was collected as the MS location parameter. Combining the in-situ working face condition of coal and gas outburst, not only the information of MS event that spreads in roof and floor is received, but also the channel wave information of MS event that spreads in coal mass is collected, this paper established an MS event model of coal and gas outburst. It chose spatial geometric location method to locate the MS event points, and used the method of variance analysis to correct the location result which is far from the geometric center point. It established information database of detector positions, managed collection data and realized the plane projection and 3D section display by VC++ programming. It is effective to raise the locating accuracy with the method and is convenient to show the MS event points of coal and gas outburst.
