Based on the engineering background of Xuehu main shaft in Henna Shenhuo Group Co., Ltd, by the numerical simulation method, the paper analyzes systematically shaft lining stress states and deforming data under different reinforcing parameters(reinforcing distance, reinforcing width, cement grouting material) of ground grouting, and the general effect on mending shaft lining rupture. The results of numerical simulation show that the stress magnitude of shaft lining has direct relations with parameters which are used in grout reinforcing stratum. As the reinforced distance outside shaft lining is twice as much as shaft radius and the reinforced width is four times as much as shaft radius, the effect on mending shaft lining rupture is most remarkably in all reinforcing schemes. Compared with no grouting, the maximum vertical stress of shaft lining can decrease 42.1 percent on the interface between innermost aquifer and bedrock. As the reinforced distance and width are constant, the maximum vertical stress will reduce with cement grouting parameters (Young's modulus, internal friction angle, cohesive strength) increasing, but they have not obvious effect on mending shaft lining rupture. The effects on stress magnitude of shaft lining about cement grouting parameters are also provided in the paper.
