By means of enterprise system evolutionary model of Yang,this paper has researched economic organization transformation and achieved Perspective as followings.Economic organization transformation is the result of promoting expansion of network of division of labor by human capital and social capital together.Human capital innovation involved in progress of division of labor produce increasing returns,and drive expansion of network of division.By means of building social order,social capital will build future anticipation for social colony and then advances dealing order expansion for ensuring the realization of expansion of network of division.

机译：本文通过杨的企业系统演化模型，对经济组织的变迁进行了研究，取得了如下的观点。经济组织的变迁是促进人力资本和社会资本共同分工网络扩张的结果。在分工的过程中产生了越来越高的回报，并推动了分工网络的扩展。通过建立社会秩序的手段，社会资本将为社会殖民地建立未来的预期，然后推进交易顺序的扩展，以确保实现分工网络的扩展。
