The development of ecological agriculture means a lot to the enhancement of agricultural productivity and the sustainable development ability, as well as the improvement of the comprehensive benefit of agricultural production in Heilongjiang province. The development of ecological agriculture is also an important way in the construction of the socialist new rural.Heilongjiang is a big agricultural province, and the agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province would also play an important role in leading the development of agriculture throughout the country. In this article, (1) the author analyzed the status quo of the ecological agriculture in Heilongjiang Province, (2) he elaborated the key element in the development of ecological agriculture-the so called Technical Strut System in the eeo-agriculture development area, (3) the principles, contents and realizing methods in constructing technical strut system were introduced.

机译：发展生态农业对黑龙江省农业生产力的提高和可持续发展能力的提高以及农业生产综合效益的提高都具有重要意义。发展生态农业也是建设社会主义新农村的重要途径。黑龙江省是农业大省，黑龙江省农业发展也将在引领全国农业发展中发挥重要作用。本文（1）分析了黑龙江省生态农业的现状，（2）阐述了生态农业发展的关键要素，即生态农业开发区的技术支撑体系，（3）介绍了构建技术支撑系统的原理，内容和实现方法。
