The propeller matching process for UAV pusher configurations is presented. Starting from basic aspects of the propeller operating conditions and design points, the propeller sizing process is introduced in accordance with IAI approach based on previous UAV designs' experience. The installation effects and actual propeller plane velocity distribution effect aspects are presented. Computation options and tools are discussed and the basics of an Euler code for propeller analysis in the presence of a fuselage are presented.
