On Risks and Precautions of China's Real Estate Finance

摘要

With the constant development of China's real estate industry, the financial market contributes a lot to the progress of this industry, thus real estate finance in China has entered into a rapid developing epoch. However, the high reliability from real estate industry to finance brings potential risks to real estate financing. This paper focus on risks faced by China's real estate finance and proposes solutions to control the risks. Using the method of qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the genesis of real estate financial risks in China. The results of the study are expected to provide suggestions of enhancing real estate credit administration, establishing diversified real estate finance market and innovating financial products, accelerating the conversion of the land management mode and so on.
