摘要

According to the system engineering theory, the five stages of enterprise risk management process were qualitatively and quantitatively processed, and a hierarchal interpretative structure model for enterprise risk management process was established. In the model, these five stages were classified into four grades. Either longitudinal or latitudinal relation between factors is fully analyzed, and the basic importance of Signal Detection and Recovery is cleared. It could provide the foundation for analysis of the enterprise risk management process.
