摘要

Low temperature sintered M-type barium hexaferrite (BaFe12O19)has been prepared by sol-gel method. Fine particle of M-Barium powder mixed with 5wt% Bi2o3·B2O3·SiO2 glass additive can be sintered at 920°C with the basic parameters: Ms=295kA/m, Hc=18kA/m, density 4.6g/cm3. The material has the potential application on self-biased multilayer chip circulators/isolators and microwave passive integrated by LTCF process.
