摘要

Evaluating the financial ecosystem environments of the central part regions in China accurately,completely and systematically is the key link of realizing science development view and achieving the stratagem for the rising of central part．The evaluation is of an important realistic meaning for the harmonious development of national economy and society．This paper is based on the present condition of financial ecosystem environments in the central parts and eastern parts in China in 2005，involves several dimensions and aspects，and All-around evaluates and analyses the financial ecosystem environments of the provincial regions in those parts by using principal component analysis．According to the scores of the financial ecosystem environments in those provincial regions given by principal component analysis，we carry on the contrast analysis between the financial ecosystem environments in those provincial regions，and give out their comprehensive ranks．The results provide financial information for improving the financial ecosystem environments in the central part regions，provide a basis for decision-making and developing policies．
