摘要

With the expanding enrollment of college and the coming of the era of popularizing of higher education in China, the teaching staff of college is facing many problems, which need to be solved urgently. From the viewpoint of management of teaching staff, this paper analyzes several key problems of the teaching staff,which exist in structure of the teacher's academic origin, the evaluation of professional title, the setting of professional post, testing and evaluation of accomplishment, flow of personnel and so on, and gives the basic idea for us to solve these problems.
