The spontaneous combustion in goaf is not only affected by coal's characteristic, but also the ventilation status, the advancing extent of exploitation, the coal mining method and other important factors. This article beginning with the ignition characteristic in goaf, an index system of evaluation of internal-caused fires in coal mines was constructed, the weight of every evaluative index was confirmed applying with AHP by combining the advantages and disadvantages of the main existing evaluation method; the corresponding mathematics evaluation model was established by the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics, which makes a dynamic risk evaluation for the spontaneous combustion in mine goaf to confirm the risk grade of accidents happened in mines and put forward logical early-warning and pre-control measures. Finally, it makes a risk early-warning assessment of hazard of mine fires and validates the rationality of the model of risk assessments aiming at three mine goaf.
