For flight simulators, field of view is restricted by off-axial display in collimated display system.Especially, edge imaging quality is greatly reduced due to forward movement of eye point. This paper aims to perform three-dimensional ray tracing in the whole field of view and, apply aberration theory for optimization so as to acquire abnormity back projection screen.Evaluated by root mean square for spot radius and collimation errors, results shows that the imaging quality is greatly improved and the collimation errors is obviously reduced particularly at the edge field of view.Vertical field of view can be extended to 60°.With low cost and large entrance pupil involved,it can be applied in large field of view and multi-mission flight simulators.
