In order to obtain high accuracy of wavelength measurement in automatic scanning monochromator, some improvements are taken in the computerized data processing. First, to get high signal to noise ratio, the sampling in full period is used at the digital conversion of optical intensity signal, which increases the correctness of peak judgment of spectral line. And then, to get low wavelength scale bias, the calibration with sine model function is used in the calculation of wavelength from step count, in which the parameter of the equation is determined with least squares method to make the residual minimum. Finally, it is proved in the experiment that this instrument has high accuracy of wavelength measurement with more repeatability and less bias.
