The salaries problem of workers has been a hot issue in economics always. At present, both at home and abroad the study with the employee pay has entered into a more mature stage, with the development of the practice of continuous development and the formation of the theoretical model system. In this paper, review, as well as a brief summary of the analysis and evaluation on traditional staff salary theory and modern payment mechanism research on the employee's salary.
