摘要

Under the influence of international financial crisis and national economic stimulus package since 2008, Beijing land deal and house price present growth trend after Beijing real estate market appears bleak and gloom, it is the Overwhelming concern of government, real estate business and other people. It is full of suspense currently how Beijing real estate market changes because of these factors. This paper collects the nearly 10 year’s data about Beijing real estate market and selects a number of index based on the Beijing real estate relationship between supply and demand. At the same time, we establish mathematical model for every index in order to predict the developing trend on Beijing real estate market. In the end, we analyze the result that is it will be up in Beijing real estate market with national adjusting policy and better situation of macroeconomy and give reference opinions to government and other people.
