This paper studies the improving and innovating of organization structure in real estate enterprises. The paper offers transformation outlines and an implement strategy that helps the enterprises transform their organization structure effectively and confirms the innovation has the positive effect under the serious circumstances of the global financial crisis. From the angle of enterprise transformation, domestic real estate enterprises shall continuously explore and implement their organizing structure system, in which local market condition, new trends of transformation and enterprises’ development stages must be overall considered. Before implementing enterprise organizing structure transformation, do research on external environment factors of enterprise, in this paper, we offer five suggestions on how to confirm key points of implementation and carry out the solution. By analyzing organizing structure problems in a dynamic view, we can conclude that establishing scientific and rational collaborative working system via organizing creative activities, which fits enterprise development, will improve enterprises’ competitiveness in a difficult period. It’s an important core ability of real estate enterprise that their organizing structures can be changed timely and effectively.
