In order to satisfy users with the operation requirements of infrastructures and reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution during the building implementation process, the DSS assessment system of green construction of infrastructures is established. By introducing coordinated development degree, the common characteristics and concerted mechanism in the process of infrastructure construction are studied and obtained. Then the 6 kinds of infrastructure projects which include road and bridge engineering, water supply engineering, drainage engineering, waste treatment, night soil treatment and household energy are used as the first grade indexes evaluation objects of coordinated development degree, the classification indexes of concrete refinement are used as the second grade indexes, and the evaluation indexes of concrete implementation are used as the third grade indexes. By computing the order parameter -coordinated development degree of the indexes at all levels, the influencing factors which go against the sustainable development in the process of infrastructure construction are found out, which can offer the decision basis for building control. Conclusions are drawn through the research:(1)The construction procedure has great significance in the architectural sustainable development;(2) The assessment system should give attention to generality and flexibility; (3) The qualitative and quantitative indexes can coexist in the evaluation indexes of concrete implementation.
