Research on the Customer-oriented Evaluation of SMEs' Websites in China

Website is the basis for enterprise carrying out On-line Marketing. On the grounds of current website evaluation research analysis, this paper brought up website evaluation models from the perspectives of enterprises and customers. Meanwhile, it established customer-oriented valuation systems, which included three first-class indexes of website content, convenience and performance. Then we use the Delphi method and decide twelve second-class indexes. After that, it selected one hundred Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs)' websites as samples. The research showed at present SMEs' websites in China were mildly helpful. A lot needed to be done with regard to product support, information update and domain adoption.
