International strategy is one of the most important decisions for automotive corporations nowadays. With the spread of financial crisis, there is substantial decline of auto sales. Meanwhile, financial crisis has also brought opportunities for Chinese automotive corporations to improve core competence. The article presents the current international conditions of Chinese automotive enterprises. EFE on6; IFE matrix are used to make quantitative evaluation of external environment and internal effecting factors of Chinese automotive corporations. Innovative international strategies are provided to wipe with the financial crisis.
