Both solid-only and FSI simulations of passive LV filling have been performed and compared to previous studies. One set of current predictions of LV volume increase vs. pressure falls within the range of previous studies, but the corresponding rates of change are visibly different. FSI results from this study will serve as initial conditions for future cardiac cycle simulations.
