摘要

A recent study showed that in AAA, arterial wall regions with calcified atheroma can be 20 times thicker than plaque-free regions. The same ratio obtained, using the methodology in extracting the wall thickness proposed here, is close to 10, which could be considered satisfactory. Future work will include the transformation and application of our model for 3D data.
