摘要

Knowledge management is the recognition of the knowledge value in a totally new sense. It is a new management model based on the functional division of knowledge. Knowledge management is a new management model that appears in recent years, under the condition of knowledge-based economy, an enterprise’s core competency lies in its preservation and value increment of talents. On the basis of knowledge share, this thesis creatively proposes an argument of human resource management building and develops its model in detail, which has provided a new perspective for the management and development of human resource in the new economic era. So Knowledge management can make a greater contribution to the Chinese economic and social development.
