摘要

In this paper,the grey relation analysis(GRA) method is employed to carry out the relational analysis on human capital,technological progress and regional economic growth of central China provinces. The results indicate that ever since 1990s,technological progress and human capital play a significant part in the economic growth of central China region. In view of this,we suggest that upgrading the aggregate level of regional technological innovation and vigorously making progress in the cause of education be two main stimuli for the economic developmerit of central China region.
机译：本文采用灰色关联分析法对华中省份的人力资本，技术进步与区域经济增长进行了关联分析。结果表明，自1990年代以来，技术进步和人力资本在华中地区的经济增长中起着举足轻重的作用。有鉴于此，我们建议提升区域技术创新的总体水平，大力推动教育事业的进步，这是刺激中部地区经济发展的两个主要动力。
