摘要

Geometry dimensions, shipbuilding tolerance and accuracy management are the main basis of ship manufacture technology in the field of geometry information measurement. The exact and high-speed measurement in every technical stage of ship manufacture are very important to improve the accuracy of constructing of hull, shorten ship building cycle, and reduce building cost. This paper presents how to improve measurement accuracy and compress the working time with the method of non-contact measurement, researching the basic theory of three dimensions measurement. In this foundation, the paper introduce several usual three dimensional coordinate measuring methods for production of ship hull blocks, such as traditional measurement method, transit survey system, total station measurement system and photogrammetric system in order to pursue an exact and high-speed measuring method.
