This paper presents the super block construction method of Naval Architecture and Ocean Structure, furthermore, introduces the development trend of it. The main technological equipment in stage of load-out was designed. Hydraulic Jacking System and slideway coordinating with windlass as well as related equipment were introduced, which were suitable for towing the super block on the ground without dry dock facilities. In order to verify the feasibility of the equipment, 1/4 ship hull model was established. The loads acted on the ship hull model are static loads like lightweight and friction, and dynamic loads like environmental forces. In addition, the type of loads were also analyzed. On basis of above analysis, the stability and safety of load-out operation were verified to meet the criterion. In the paper, the stability of soil and other limiting factors were also considered so as to guarantee the safety of operation. Additionally, other needful accessorial technological equipment were researched for the whole project. The research forms the foundation for the effective construction method of super block.
