This article analyzes the strategies of improving college students' employment based on the theory of Game Theory in our nation, and arrives at some effective coping strategies. Accordingly, the authors propose the specific suggestion of advancing college graduates' employment, which could provide detailed reference for government when making policies relating with graduate employment.
