The social old-age insurance of urbanized-drafted farmer is implemented "three point" raising pattern in the majority area of our country, and the majority places mainly use the basic social security old-age insurance pattern. However, there exists many problems in reality, for example, drafted farmer's enthusiasm to senate the guarantee, the senate guarantees rate and so on. Through investigate and study farmer social old-age insurance experiment site area of Yunnan Province--Chenggong County in Kunming, the author carry on the discussion on the existed problems, which discovered in the implementary procession of drafted farmers' social old-age insurance.
