摘要

With the rapid economic development of Zhejiang and transfer of large number of rural surplus labor, the level of urbanization of Zhejiang has been in a high level. This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the elements influencing the rural labor transfer through constructing the model on rural labor force restructuring and the process of urbanization. The result indicates that proportion of secondary and tertiary industries to GDP, the tertiary industry employment rate, non-state sector employment rate which reflect transfer space are the greatest indicators. Share of the market allocation of resources and proportion of fixed asset investment to GDP which reflect policies are also of great influence.
机译：随着浙江经济的快速发展和大量农村剩余劳动力的转移，浙江的城市化水平一直处于较高水平。本文通过构建农村劳动力结构调整和城市化进程模型，对影响农村劳动力转移的因素进行了定量分析。结果表明，反映转移空间的第二产业和第三产业占GDP的比重，第三产业的就业率，非国有部门的就业率是最大的指标。反映政策的资源市场配置份额和固定资产投资占GDP的比重也有很大的影响。
